アークヒルズの庭園では、ただ植物を植えるだけでなく、季節を感じられる施設のある風景を都心に取り戻す取組みをしたり、またガーデニングクラブやイベントを通し、都市の中で自然と触れあえる機会をつくっています。

In our urban planning and construction projects, we go far beyond merely exercising concern for the environment.Bring back nature to the city is one of our constant themes. In recent years, for example, the urban heat-island effect has come to be seen as a factor in global warming. To solve this problem will require both energy-saving measures that minimize CO2 emissions and steps to increase the city's greenery. By increasing tha amount of open space around buildings, our Vertical Garden Cities are one solution to this vital problem. Looking down on the tops of the buildings in Ark Hills, you will see that almost every building has
a rooftop garden. The tree- and shrub-lined paths that wind through the complex from a green network.
We do not simply plant vegetation, but aim to bring back the feeling of changing seasons to cities. And, in our developments, people directly experience nature through Gardening Club and other events.
